Local buyers connecting with local sellers

Ryan Gray and Brandon Anderson are both born and raised in the Eau Claire area. They have purchased several homes each year where they go in and remodel the homes. Their mission is to help provide options for landlords and homeowners that want to sell without a realtor. They have an internal team with Luke Doud being the manager on the projects. Ryan also owns an assisted living business called Stable Living where he provides Adult Family Homes for individuals with disabilities. Brandon runs and owns a small manufacturing company.
